Swinger website Adult Friend Finder said in 2016 that as many as 412 million users had their personal information exposed — the company'ssecond hack in a year.
Equifax disclosed in 2017 that personal information of as many as 143 million people was compromised.
The data was sold and traded before 000webhost was alerted in October.
The breach included names, email addresses and plain text passwords.

Whilst there is evidence that the data is legitimate, due to the difficulty of emphatically verifying the Chinese breach it has been flagged as "unverified".
Approximately 500 million guests' information could have been accessed, which includes names, passport numbers and credit card details.
